Competencies

Ability to undertake data analysis, including data mining; to develop analytical tools, such as dashboards and reports; and develop analytical products to show patterns and trends. Education
• Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in business administration, management, information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
• A first-level university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in combination with two additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
• Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is desirable.
Work Experience
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, change management, international affairs, or related area is required
• Two (2) years or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
• Experience in the handling of international environmental governance processes is desirable.
• Experience in supporting the bureaus of international governance processes is desirable.
